You can try OrderCup absolutely risk free (no credit card required) for 30 days before you continue with our service. You do not have to provide a credit card when you sign up for the free trial, but you will need to provide one if you generate shipping labels using OrderCup's built-in discounted shipping accounts, or to continue to use OrderCup past the free trial period. Our goal is to have fully satisfied customers, and we do our utmost to achieve this. However if are still dissatisfied with our service, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged any further subscription fees, and there are no cancellation fees or hidden charges.

Do you offer a free trial?

Absolutely! All plans come with a fully functional, risk-free 30-day trial so you can make sure OrderCup is right for you. We do not restrict OrderCup usage in any way so you can experience OrderCup ‘live’, and all you would have to do is add a credit card to transition easily to a paid plan.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you decide that OrderCup doesn’t save you time and money, or meet your needs, you can simply cancel your account from with your Account settings in OrderCup, and you will not be billed any further. The only thing we may ask is why OrderCup didn’t work or how we could improve!

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up for the free trial?

No. You can sign up and use OrderCup absolutely risk-free for 30 days without entering your credit card information. At the end of your free trial, you will need to select the appropriate plan and enter your credit card details to use OrderCup.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my current plan at anytime?

Yes, you can do so any time from Settings → Account. If you change your plan, you will be credited a pro-rated amount for the current period based on your current plan, and then billed the monthly amount for the next period based on your new plan. Your monthly anniversary date will be reset to the date on which you changed your plan.

Are there any setup fees?

OrderCup is simple to setup and you can be up and running in minutes. However, if you would like us to get everything set up and configure everything for you, we do offer a paid Initial Setup and Consultation package which comes with a free hour of consultation or OrderCup usage and shipping best practices.

Are there any contracts or commitments?

All plans are monthly plans, so really is no long-term contractual commitment. You can close your account at any time, and we will not be bill you any further.

What is Premium Support?

Our standard, multi-channel support is completely free and available 7 days a week. However there are customer that require priority handling of their requests and also phone access to support professionals. Premium Support is our paid support offering that addresses this need - it provides you toll-free telephone support and also provides higher priority to your support tickets.
