You can try OrderCup absolutely risk free (no credit card required) before you commit to our service. You do not have to provide a credit card when you sign up for the free trial, but you will need to provide this to continue to use OrderCup past the expiration of the trial. Our goal is to have satisfied customers, and we do our utmost to achieve this. However, if you are still dissatisfied for any reason within the first 60 days, you can cancel your subscription and we will refund your subscription fees no questions asked! You can cancel your subscription at any time without any cancellation fees or hidden charges.
Do you offer a free trial?
Absolutely! All plans come with a fully functional, risk-free 30-day trial so you can make sure OrderCup is right for you. We do not restrict OrderCup usage in any way so you can experience OrderCup ‘live’, and all you would have to do is add a credit card to transition easily to a paid plan.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up for the free trial?
No. You can sign up and use OrderCup absolutely risk-free for 30 days without entering your credit card information. At the end of your free trial, you will need to select the appropriate plan and enter your credit card details to use OrderCup.
Are there any setup fees?
OrderCup is simple to setup and you can be up and running in minutes. However, if you would like us to get everything set up and configure everything for you, we do offer a Initial Setup and Consultation package (see pricing below) whihc come with a free hour of consultation or OrderCup usage and shipping best practices.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you decide that OrderCup doesn’t save you time and money, or meet your needs, you can simply cancel your account from with your Account settings in OrderCup, and you will not be billed any further. The only thing we may ask is why OrderCup didn’t work or how we could improve!
Can I upgrade or downgrade my current plan at anytime?
Yes, you can do so any time from Settings → Account. If you change your plan, you will be credited a pro-rated amount for the current period (based on your current plan), and then billed for a monthly amount based for the next period (based on your new plan). Your monthly anniversary date will be reset to the date on which you changed your plan.
Are there any contracts or commitments?
All plans are monthly plans, so really is no long-term contractual commitment. You can close your account at any time, and we will not be bill you any further.

Our knowledgeable, friendly support staff deliver best-in-class support – and that’s not just our opinion, our customers consistently tell us that. You can receive support or assistance via email, through our support portal, by accessing our KnowledgeBase, on the phone, or via live screen share. Support is free and available from 6am PST to 6pm PST, but we monitor for emergencies and urgent issues after hours too! For customers that need it, we also offer Premium Support which is paid and provides you Toll-free telephone access to a support professional and priority response to your issue. We also offer an Initial Setup and Consultation (optional) to get you up and running quickly.
